Aloha Medicinals Building Expansion
Our new facility will be built out with state-of-the-art technology that offers advanced growing, processing, and distribution capabilities. The fresh location will double our available floor space and grow room capacity allowing us to increase our production volumes while maintaining our high standards of quality.
New rooms will also be HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered, which allows us to remove over 99% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and any airborne particles with a size of 0.3 microns. The rooms will be temperature and humidity-controlled, as well as being equipped with special custom lighting to enhance the mushrooms’ growing experience.
In addition to the new facility, we are planning to install new processing equipment to further improve our operations. Such equipment will include a brand new dehydrator and mill with a closed auger and pneumatic system. This advanced system will allow products to pass through the process of drying and powdering, and then through metal detection and packaging, without handling by human hands. This will virtually eliminate the need for human handling and will further enhance our product quality.
